"What's good about this place is that it's a very interesting area and it's has easy parking...plus its not far from LA fitness and has an excellent restaurant area not far from hotel. The deer are very friendly and you can feed them plus they have a jacuzzi bathtub and you get two bedrooms. The place isn't as modernized yet it has an excellent porch and alot of friendly Texas attitude."

"Came for the deers and Austin’s weird, the rooms however were not that great. Carpets are stained and dirty. The bathrooms are filthy and outdated. The beds mattresses are stained near the bottom, the covers were also dirty. There’s a faint smell of must. Not usually the germaphobe but after staying here I felt disgusted. I would advise bringing your own cooking utensils, pots, pans, and some cleaning supplies. Again, don’t mind the rooms being outdated but needs a good deep cleaning."

"My kids and I recently stayed at this location. It was very nice and peaceful! Check in and Check out was super easy! Room was nice and neat! Sitting on the patio was very relaxing! Hope and David had wonderful customer service! Thanks for the wonderful experience ! We will be back!"

"After reading some reviews we were pleasantly surprised that our unit wasn't super outdated, however, this unit is very dirty. The inside of the microwave, oven, top of stove and eating utensils were all dirty upon moving in. Im not sure of the cleaning procedures but the overall cleanliness of this place I would rate 0/10! Also, there is a huge ant problem no matter how much insect spray and traps we've used. The ants are everywhere, in the beds, bathrooms, dining table and kitchen! The deers were cute at first but to have so many around is a bit of a nuisance. This property isn't that bad, just really need a good cleaning, updating and exterminating and all will be good!"

"We had a great time! Convenient to Lagow Vista, Round Rock and an hour from Austin. Very peaceful and relaxing. Rooms were clean—needs some updating here and there, but nothing that affected our stay. Pool was clean, pool bathroom needs some serious work though. Overall though it was a deer-filled, relaxing stay."
