"We stayed here for three nights to visit family for Christmas. The prices were higher due to the holiday, which is understandable, but the experience was not worth the cost. Check in was fine, but upon entering the room we noticed a moldy smell on the entire floor of the hotel. There were holes in the wall of our room where a picture frame used to be, our fridge was broken and we had to be brought a new one. However, when the new fridge was brought to us, it did not fit in the designated space and had to be plugged in and left against the wall. Our shower also had no hot water. Later that evening we then found roaches in the bathroom and requested to move rooms. The remaining two nights were just okay at best but still not worth the price. The woman who checked us out of the hotel informed me her manager/owner was on vacation out of the country but would be told of our experience and refund us the cost for our first night. It was been almost 4 weeks now and I have yet to see any refund or call from a manager. Hopefully, this review will reach the right people who can rectify this situation. 0 stars - pick a different hotel. Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews."

"Kinda difficult to find but a very nice hotel. Breakfast was great they had a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal,juice, biscuits an gravy. Very clean rooms an staff was exceptional couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay"

"I stood here for 3 days. As soon as we arrived we were taken care of by receptionist Sallie. She was amazing. She went above and beyond for us. I left some clothes behind by accident in my hotel room, and she walked us through the process of getting it back. We were definitely happy with her service. The room was clean and they serve hot breakfast."

"Absolutely disgusting! We had to book this for a last minute trip with kids for a wedding at a Atascocita venue. The ONLY saving grace was the woman at the front desk. I’m not sure of her name but she was the kindest, most accommodating individual ever. We walked into a stained DISGUSTING couch, bugs on the floor, grime on the bathroom drain floor, hairs in our sheets, grease on the headboards, poop in the toilet. I have stayed in MANY hotels and this was the grossest!!!!! We got moved to a different suite that was slightly better however I still lined every single item in (hopefully) clean sheets juat so that my kids could walk around. We had limited time to move due to a wedding: otherwise we would of been gone! The worst part was the sweet lady at the front tried to get us a discount and management denied it. Absolutely positively disgusting! I will never stay at this hotel again!"
