"I stayed in the Wanderstay Hostel in central Houston in the summer of 2021. At that time they informed me that all other hostels in Houston had shut down during the pandemic and had not yet reopened. I am in the area of Houston where this hostel is supposed to be and will check it out next time I drive by."

"As far as I can tell, this place doesn’t exist here anymore. There’s a laundromat and a bodega, but no hostel. I called customer service, which was a booking agency for multiple places, and after a lot of talking during which I learned nothing about where to find the hostel, the call disconnected."
