"This company has to be the most poorly ran Company I’ve ever encountered. We book the clubhouse for September 22nd at 4pm-10pm. They never showed up to let us in. So we had to wait on another guy to give us a code. After the party was over we cleaned up throughly and because they were so unprofessional we predicted other issues, so we took pictures and video of the event space. The next week they said we can refund the 500$ because the secretary is out for surgery…… this went on for 3 days. The following week the owner said “well there was a pink ballon hanging from a quick release hook and we have to determine the damage and get back with the following Tuesday”. As soon as he said this I knew he was lying. His prejudice mindset of little girls caused him to use the color pink, well my daughter hates pink and there wasn’t one pink ballon anywhere in that party. Today October 2nd 2023 I went to look at the wall in question and sure enough no damage was on the wall so I again took pictures of the said location. I then called and got him on the phone and asked him for my deposit. He again lied and said that there was damage and that the maintenance guy hadn’t been there yet. Another lie. So when I confronted him with his lies and told him I had proof he said “ I’ll call the police”. Interesting, since it is this company that stole my money. He began talking loud and making threats. So I will be filing suit because I’m absolutely sick of poorly ran companies running over their customers. It is unfortunate that the HOA they manage will have to be included in the lawsuit but you have to know who you have managing your properties. As you see in the photo there is no damage As a side note I’ve read the other reviews on this company, they are threatening the people they work for with lawsuits and liens? Incredible. This guy Mark could he have a substance abuse problem? Sounds incredibly aggressive towards the women that post reviews. Little man with a big attitude go figure."

"The company isn’t transparent in financial dealings. They don’t respond in a timely manner. They threatened me with a lien on my property before even sending an initial bill for services performed. They cannot be trusted. Update: Our rates are apparently scheduled to increase up to 20% in 2024. How did we find out? Real Estate listings. AMS didn’t let us know before this information was made public. Yet another example of their lack of transparency."

"Honestly they don't deserve any stars whatsoever But unfortunately you have to at least put a star. Oh would I like to air the dirty laundry that went on with this company? But unfortunately if I say too much. I probably could get sued for slander. Let's just say run run run from this company because otherwise you could lose everything you own. And they won't bad a freaking eye. I know a lot of people refuse and they're thinking of that's one side of the story but I'm going to tell you this company. Did my husband and I 100% wrong!!! We were not in the wrong!!!"

"Terrible management company. Dodges calls, zero transparency (won’t even say who is on the board for the HOA), and when you do get ahold of someone they just tell you to “email Mark” who doesn’t typically respond. Our neighborhood has weeds around mailboxes and sidewalks over 5’ tall and they won’t have it taken care of. Our landscaping in the neighborhood is PATHETIC, yet they want to raise fees to pay for landscaping we don’t even get. I recommend staying away from Mark and these crooks. He’s in the pockets of the home builders in every way, and you can even find BBB complaints about embezzlement from Mark."
