"My family and I love the swimming pool, and the clubhouse. It is so convenient to have a place to rent close by. We rent the clubhouse multiple times a year for family events and always have a great time."

"A nice neighborhood, that comes with a massive playground, dog park, and splash pad. They are many nice trails and places to go to. The neighborhood is very quiet, and offers a quality school. I grew up here. 5/5"

"Masterson station is a vibrant, large, diverse, and clean neighborhood In the city of Lexington. It stretches from Leestown road all the way to Georgetown road. For Individuals who are not Familiar with the area, the Bluegrass Fair; the second largest in the state is hosted there near the Leestown section. I love the trees especially in the Fall that decorate the area to give the suburban community a distinction from others in the city of Lexington. I haven't seen many any crime or even heard of any crime connected there. Some of my nieces and nephews attend Sandlersville Elementary which is located in the neighborhood near Georgetown road. I recommend anyone who intends to rent or buy a home in such a great community in Northwestern Lexington...God bless"

"I rented the clubhouse for a friend’s baby shower and in August I’m renting it again, for a bridal shower. I got all of my deposit back, I just went by the checklist they give you to make it easy on cleanup! The remotes to the fans was easy peasy to use and came in handy! Definitely recommend the clubhouse for any event!"

"We left this place cleaner than when we got there. They took $500 deposit back with pictures of crumbs and red salsa on a counter top. We didn’t even have salsa and most definitely wiped every surface even the windows. Do not rent here unless you’re prepared to lose your deposit. I should have listened to the other reviews on here."
