"Let me start by saying that I've stayed at this Motel 6 for 3 weeks now and I'm impressed from other Motel 6 I've stayed at this location in particular is really clean. When i say clean i mean like clean restroom, clean bed sheets, clean floors and the best part no roaches what so ever 100% roach free inside the rooms. It has a very family friendly feel to it. You don't see people just hanging around outside the rooms or by the stairs. Which is a good thing its a safe environment. The staff are really friendly. The manager is very professional not to mention he's a nice guy, very understanding and is willing to accommodate to your needs in any way possible. That being said in my opinion i give this Motel 6 I-10 West Houston, TX 100% 10-Stars."

"I been going to Motel 6 energy corridor now every weekend for the past 4 months and have had not one problem go unattended when something was wrong. The staff have been so helpful and caring. The only down I've come across is as I am an Iceaholic,the ice machine has not been working. I really hope you guys can have that fixed ASAP."

"The older gentleman that works during the day was very racist. We checked in at 1am and told them we had two dogs which was verified. When he came to fix the toilet (supposedly but didn’t…I had to fix it ) he decided to tell us to clean up pet hair on the floor or he was going to kick us out and we had 5 mins. Nothing was wrong with the room…we were only there for 7 hours. As he did that he also told my husband he smells like a dog when he went to the lobby …which he does not. And I also noticed he knock on every black person door to tell them he needs to inspect while me and my dogs waited outside in 100 degree weather waiting for him to inspect since he was scared to have anybody in the room. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and if it wasn’t for my kids being there he would’ve been set straight. If you’re going to be like that don’t accept pets at your property especially for free and you need to respect ALL races. Your too old to be so ignorant in this day in age. I do not recommend. Room was dirty, shower curtain and sheets had stains, and there was a container of food in the refrigerator from whoever that was there before us. Do better!"
