"This review is for the Mammogram Department, specifically, and, specifically, for Katie (the tech) and Rose (admin, records). I had to have a mammogram before a surgery scheduled on short notice. The mammogram had to be read before the surgery and in order to read it, my prior imaging had to be obtained from ARA. Katie and Rose made this happen, putting me as a priority among the many patients, due to my upcoming surgery. Thanks to the radiologist who read it on a rushed basis as well. My surgeon got the report on time and I am pleased. Thank you!"

"Victoriano Devenicia is the worst GI doctor you could possibly see. He makes it obvious he doesnt care about your concerns, has a rude tone with you the entire time, and his entire goal is to just get you back out the door. He did not address a single issue, or give any advice at all on my GERD issues, comply wrote off my intestinal pains as "probably muscular", and tried to get me to repeat blood work I just had. Avoid this man at all costs. Theres alot of worthless doctors ive seen in the BSW network....but this guy takes the cake."

"I went to see Neurologist,Jeffrey Jasper Tramonte, MD. Totally uncaring, most uncompassionate doctor I've ever met. This Doc worked harder washing his hands than he did putting in effort on my diagnosis. He gave up and said he's never seen anything like my condition didn't order any test or refer me to another specialist who could diagnose me, disregarded my questions, and when I told him about the nerve pain I was feeling he said I feel pain but not nerve pain. I told him I had a diagnostic nerve block injection done he didn't even pay enough attention to hear it. These docs take an oath to help people, not just the easy cases or the ones you want to help sir all people. I suffered through that appointment and for absolutely nothing. I don't recommend him at all."

"I went to see Dr. Jess Collins and he is an incredible, knowledgeable doctor. It did take a couple months to get seen, but that is understandable and he was worth the wait. He got me the medication I needed to alleviate the symptoms I'd been having for months. He knew exactly what I had just based off of the symptoms I was having. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you, Dr. Collins! Also, his staff sent my records over within an incredibly timely manner to the facility I chose to be seen at for additional testing and monitoring. Y'all have an extremely grateful, happy patient in your hands and you did not disappoint one bit."
