"I went this morning for an MRI And Stephanie, the girl who performed my MRI was awesome!! She talked me through the whole experience, which was scary at first. She kept me calm, and the whole procedure was a success. Veronica at the front desk for radiology was super helpful as well taking the time to burn a CD of my images for my doctor. The whole staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend each one of them on staff."

"The instructions for how to check in and where to enter were easy to follow. All the staff was very kind, especially the radiologist who helped calm my nerves."

"Scheduled appointment a month ago. They called me a night prior to inform that they didn’t get an authorization from my insurance. A NIGHT PRIOR OF EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT. Did you try to get one? Did you try to inform me? Somehow they managed to bombard me with automatic reminders on the phone AND email Still, failed to inform about an issue in a reasonable time."

"I went in on November 1st for a mamogram & I received a bill later on for abnormal screening without being told they were going to look at the xrays & send it for additional screening. I do not believe that any other work that is being done without the patient knowing what is going on. If I could give a zero, then I would've."

"This is a long overdue review, as my procedure here was done over a year ago. I had a stress echo test done here (don't worry, all is good). I do have to say, this is one of the least fun things I've ever done, but that's not their fault. In addition to the unpleasantness of the test, I have to abstain from coffee for about 30 hours before getting there. Needless to say, I was in deep caffeine withdrawals by that point. I griped about this on the way in. I know it wasn't their fault, but my head hurt. When the procedure was completed, it turns out one of the technicians had brought me a cup of coffee, that I was able to drink immediately. It was a small thing, but did a lot to make a tough situation better. I wish I remembered the guy's name. I definitely owe him."
