"Very rude staff, Emily to be exact. Others were very nice and helpful. Asked to have room serviced each day. We notified at 3:30 via text that we needed yet and needed towels. They responded please see front desk for towels (no sorry we missed?). We returned late and realized we needed towels. I went to front desk, and she was on the phone. I waited and then quietly said I will just text you we need towels. She put person on phone on hold and VERY rudely said there was no one to bring towels up and she would help me when she gets off the phone. I returned to my room and text that when we arrived on Monday night there was a sign at the front desk saying sorry but we are helping another customer and will be right back. She ignored this and said I could come back down and get towels. No reason to be so rude... Emily needs coaching badly."

"Trevor was excellent!!! Shower water was lukewarm on the 3rd floor. 2 couples checked out early in our group because their showers were cold and beds uncomfortable. Ran out of most of the breakfast 30 mins before breakfast was over. Coffee wasn't hot, think there was some technical issues the 2 days we were there with the coffee. They ran out of coffee later too."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk team is amazing! Trevor and team was really cordial and hospitable! The room itself was also great and updated! The bathroom was cleaned well and water pressure was pretty decent. I got a room in the 4th floor and it had a nice view of the pool and area. Would definitely be coming back here!"

"I had a great quick stay free water for honors members is clutch. Omelettes for breakfast great. Hilton please read this. Is it really necessary to wrap disposable paper cups in plastic that is immediately thrown away the amount of plastic trash companies generating I find it reprehensible this is not a fault to the hotel, but corporate needs to eliminate this. It’s kind of ridiculous."

"Our requested room was ready on time. Everything was clean and well stocked. Room temperature on arrival was spot on. Bed was a bit on the firm side. Overall very positive experience."
