"The new black lady, with short hair is so unprofessional, is always giving gettho attitude and very disrespectful. She didn’t want to take care of me, literally I had some stool exams and she refused to do it. Even in other labcorp they told me she was lying because she could have done my exams. I don’t know why they put these kind of people to work if they don’t have passion for service and giving gettho attitude, if you don’t like to work stay at home where you should be."

"I was called for my appointment ahead of schedule, which is great. But then I was told their system is down and I’d need my lab orders in paper. It sounds like something you would call to inform your patients scheduled for that day. I had the digital .pdf with the NP signature, but they wouldn’t accept it. My insurance card is also completely digital, so although I didn’t get to that step in the process, I’m curious to know how they would’ve handled that too."

"Yesterday, I was glad to have met Tiffany, she was patient and cheerful. Though I had to get in and out of the waiting room a few times to contact different staff from a labcorp related company for a billing issue, she was understanding and helpful, wish to see more friendly staff like Tiffany in this labcorp in the future."

"Ohhhh , if I can give zero stars I would. I go online to make an appointment and the type of services I needed but it only gave me one option so I clicked it. I also called someone to, ask a simple question about it and they gave me an attitude. When I make it to Lab corp on Binz When you walk in, it’s only tablets for you to check in with and no one at the front desk in case you had a question or anything.(when I walked out because I was done a patient was able to open the door and walk to the back because NO ONE WAS AT THE DESK). Once I get call to the back I sit in the room and I showed the assistant Deatra the type of work order that I need . She looks at it and say with an attitude , it was the wrong one. so I let her know well when I made the appointment online, it only gave me one option and she gave me this look like an annoyed look she changed the type of appointment and gave a smart/rude remark. I laughed and said okay. I mean I’m in the medical field myself but I know not to give an innocent person an attitude when they have done nothing to me ."
