"I made an appointment for June 16th at 2:40. I had a confirmation code. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early, and I started the check-in process. I got a message that I didn’t have an appointment, so I tried again. I received the same message. There wasn’t anyone around at the front desk to help, so I got the attention of a girl calling people to the back for testing. I explained to her what happened, and all I got was I can’t be bothered response. I wasn’t offered any help…just told to sign-in as a walk-in. I left. This place is a joke. I’ll never be back."
"Always friendly staff and quickly do sticks with no bruising or very small amount of bruising. They are very professional with me. They have always had my dr orders and insurance information to confirm. Even when they have been busy, I have been seen quickly as a walk-in. They are close to home thankfully. Other Qwest offices have been rude and unfriendly. I will return to them again."
