"If there was negative rating I wouldn’t hesitate to rate them negative 5 stars. I had an Ultrasound there in April. On the day they charged me $153 as half of my portion. However the next month they sent me a bill of $5500, I need to pay the extra $655! I called to check they said it was correct according to their system, and they gave me a wrong number on the exam day so I had to pay. Then after half year when I booked another same ultrasound. They said I need to pay $61 dollars then I asked them why they charged $5500 last time they couldn’t give me an answer. Just said the code they used was different. Then a few days later when I get doctor to reissue an order with the right code, they told me that I need to pay $148 this time. This is ridiculous. Will never go back again. And warn all the patients do NOT go there for anything. By the way, another imaging center did the same exam for me and I only paid $25!!!!"
"Staff is extremely unhelpful. "Vanity" has falsified information to me and my physicians office. She refuses to give my physicians office and I management contacts, and we have tried to escalate the situation with zero help. It's been over a month, and my issue has not been resolved at all. Never have I experienced such a lack of customer service at any memorial Hermann facility. Please don't send me an automated response asking me to email you with my concerns. That has already been done, and I have not been contacted."
"Worst facility to get a hold of. As a retired former employee of memorial hermann I know the "in's" and "out's" of what goes on in the system. With that said, I have never had such experience at ANY memorial hermann facility. Still trying to correct a report and scan I received almost a month ago. Unable to escalate to imaging manager beacuse staff refuses to be held accountable for their mistake. Non the less I nor my physician's office have recieved any form of help in resolving this matter. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this facility agian."
"Absolutely horrible! The mammogram tech refused to see my mother at her appointment, our appointment was at 8am, we arrived 7:50am due to unexpected traffic, and customer service line was not available until 8am, so I could not call to notify or reschedule. We arrived for US and Breast mammogram, the front desk lady was super nice, called to see which technician can work on us. The US tech was pleasant and did the US first, while the mammogram tech flat out refused and said to the clerk I have to reschedule. It’s already 1 hour drive (due to availability). I work in healthcare and the mammogram tech does not seem to have any compassion or understanding. And this was the second time this happened to my mother. In away I am glad we didn’t see her, with that behavior, I would NEVER trust her to perform exam in my mother. Choose different career if you don’t have compassion for healthcare! Again, this is specially for the Mammogram tech today 03/03/2022 morning shift."
"Poor management, extremely irresponsible and slow staff! Stay away from this facility! It’s total waste of time and money! Here is my story: Went here for ultrasonic first time, waited for 1 hour. After they finished it, they said their CD burner is not working. Took them a week to gimme the CD and report. Guess what! After waiting for a week, it turned out that the technician was not able to visualize things properly! So my physician issued another order for CT Scan this time. Talked to the scheduling department, got a confirmation for few days later at this location. I even received the confirmation email for my appointment a day earlier. Showed up at the facility in the morning and they said they don’t have my information in their schedule!! Total waste of time! At the end they accepted to reschedule for 2 days later. Showed up again 2 days later, and their machines were down! Never ever schedule with this location!"
