"I used the Townsen Memorial Hospital Imaging in Humble today for a CT scan. I was literally a walk-in patient at 3:30pm on a Thursday afternoon and they couldn’t have been more gracious! The staff member at the front window greeted me immediately, collected my necessary info, paperwork was completed quickly, and she passed me off to the technician for my scan in a matter of minutes. The scan technician was just as kind and friendly as everyone else in the office. I was in and out in no time, the technician burned a CD of the scan results, and gave them to me as I walked out the door at 4pm. Now that’s some amazing customer service excellence! 5 stars all the way!"

I have scheduled many appointments (of all types) and this lady is the best that I have ever encountered. She did such a good job that I scheduled an appointment for self pay, as my insurance is not accepted at this facility."
"I had an MRI, CT and X-rays done here. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The facilities were clean and even smelled nice! I am slightly claustrophobic and the staff accommodated by placing me in an MRI that was wider than normal. It was very comfortable, they even gave me a control for the music and I ended up just falling asleep. Thank you Andrea for accommodating my schedule!"
