"I am wasting an extra 30 minutes waiting for my appointment because they booked it during their lunch hour. I had to fast for this appointment and already feel dizzy waiting for it to start. Don't trust them."

Christina (asked her permission to mention by name) was very skilled, as well as respectful and compassionate. I was out of there in no time."

"I made an appointment for 4:40, they closed at 5:00. I showed up less than 5 mins after 4:40 and the door was locked. I knocked but nobody came and the lady at the welcome desk told me they’re probably not taking patients anymore. So why have 4:40 appointments available????? Don’t come here if you need to book a late afternoon appointment."

"I was there 10min before 8am, since I was a walk in. I noticed that the line was getting longer and people with appts would be seen before I would. I seen (3) ladies walk up at the same time, at 8:20 when they finally opened the door. I even noticed 1 of the ladies had a Starbucks coffee! Hopefully management can improve employee time management."

"Convenient location but staff is quite rude and don’t respect appointment times. I walked in & checked in on an iPad and did not see/talk to a single staff person for 15 minutes until I knocked on the window. A voice called out in the back “check in on the iPad!” and no one came out. I wish I could say it was because they were busy but I was literally the only customer. They also were wearing masks that were perfectly fitted to completely expose their nostrils despite hearing audible coughing in the back.
