"The lady at the desk was rude when asking a question. They didn’t allow me to go to the back with my mom even though I have power of medical attorney. She came in today for breast routine exam and on top of that they injured her breast the last time she couldn’t wear a bra and her beast hurt when she showered because they scraped her with the machine. Her doctor knows her understanding of medical is low she can’t read or write the main reason why her doctor has everyone contact me with all medical questions or appt. This is unacceptable. I’m going to change my mom insurance because I don’t want her to come ever again to this place. Staff is unprofessional."

"HORRIBLE PLACE TO BE! Do not come here for services, I came in for eczema issues and nurses gonna tell me I won't be guaranteed meds. I said ok, can I get seen though.? She gonna get mad at me, be unprofessional and emotional. After trying to persuade me to leave by assuring me I won't get meds I continued to wait. She gonna try and tell me after I say "chronic" eczema, that the correct term is "acute" . When idc about none of that, I just want to be seen. After being disrespected and treated like a child she calls security on me cause apparently I had attitude... Then gonna have someone give me discharge papers.. and then admin (Danny) gonna come and tell me they are not denying me services , just not guaranteed meds. I asked why I have discharge papers then? He went silent and the look on his face was dumbfounded. I left without names. This was why I switched from this hospital back in 2018 . Now I will tell everyone who ever brings this place up, about the discrimination I have experienced."

"my experience was wonderful from the front desk staff, to the billing, and my mammographer was exceptional. This is a parking fee, but they validated it so it was FREE!! I will definitely be back next year."
