"Purchase this 2 days ago and went yesterday to try to exchange it because it charges aparently but it doesnt warm up the guy told me he couldnt exchange it because he had to ask his manager and he never answer i tried calling myself but they dont answer at all they should have someone thats able to male descitions because people cannot be going back to back and get no help! Never coming back to this place and the fact that i asked for another electronic pen but the guy recomended this one!
