"I have had 3 mammograms at this location and have not had any issues. Sure you have to arrive 30 mins early but if you plan accordingly it’s not a problem. My last appt was at 12:20, arrived 11:47, checked in, had my mammogram and on my way. Don’t let the negative reviews about arriving early or cancelled appointment deter you from making an appointment. Schedule your exam, it could save your life."

"I showed up for my 3:30 appointment at 3:28 and was told that it was canceled due to a ‘late policy’ that states you *actually* have to be there 30 minutes early. Then why not just make the appointment at the time you need me to be there?! The receptionist could not have cared less, and seemed even happy to tell me I was cancelled. Is this how we are treating patients now?! I’ve never had an issue…..until today. Time to find a new provider"

"They sent a text message confirming an appointment I never made. I called back to cancel the appointment. Received 2 calls by 9am the next morning stating that I needed to schedule a special procedure before my surgery and “we are on a time crunch”. Called them back and left a message that I had not scheduled any surgeries, had not even decided if I was going to have it done. Many emails back and forth with the doctors office and this center called me back 2 more times indicating I had to schedule the special procedure by 4 pm that day. I cannot take phone calls at work and have very little time to return calls, so 4 calls in one day is a problem. Especially since I NEVER scheduled anything with anyone. The doctor knew that my schedule changes day to day and week to week, and I need to be very intentional about when I schedule anything. If having anything other than a mammogram, RUN, do not walk, away from Memorial Herman"

"My experiences here have always been great. I was told to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment, which I did, and I was processed, received my mammogram, and was changed at out the door by the time my appointment was actually supposed to happen. I did have an afternoon appointment, so maybe that’s why it wasn’t busy and they weren’t backed up. Either way, it was a very good experience for me."
