Basically we had an agreement ( I have proof I will provide later) and they did not honor that agreement and billed me for more money. I have been back and forth with them and the insurance and have become so tired of fighting them that I went ahead and paid the rest. Shady business practices, please save yourselfs the headaches and avoid this business. You might find a surprise bill otherwise."

"Please save yourself time and hassle. Their call center is inadequate, they don’t do their job correctly. I had to come back a second time to get my ultrasound done the next day. They fail to tell you to get here with an arrival of 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Also, the lady in the first window is a little rough around the edges. Attitude sucks. (Not the one with the glasses on second window she was courteous, reason why I’m giving 3 starts is because of her) There was another customer same issue they were making them come back a second time to get their test done. Which is unacceptable."

Worst mammogram experience ever.....RUDE technician, she was totally out of line. I have been getting mammograms for 20 years, and I have never had an experience like this! I will never go back to this place, and I have reported it to my doctor"
