"The room itself is ok. Upon entering my room I noticed it was a bit warm so I turned on the air and left to run errands when i came back it was even warmer than when i left so i called the front desk and I was told by one employee that base command had not authorized the air to be on (would have been nice to be told that at check in). The next morning I went to the front desk to ask the manager for an NA and she said that the air WAS on and that my room air must be broken and she said that maintenance would be out to fix it that day. I got off work and it still was not taken care of. The person at the front desk then said it would be a few days before it would be fixed!!! It was supposed to be 90 the next day so I asked to be moved to another room which they did accommodate but it was in a different building without an elevator. Noone offered to help me move my things or even apologize for the inconvenience not even once! The military forces us to stay here and I do not understand if I can get the same rate at a different place why can't I stay somewhere nice with people that appreciate my business!"
"We stayed here on 11/10. We were really disappointed with the reputation that AF bases have regarding accommodations compared to other branches. The price was too much for what we got. No A/C, no breakfast or continental breakfast. Luckily, the weather was somewhat cool so we only needed the ceiling fan running while sleeping. With $114, we should've stayed at the Best Western."
"Building 10207 Room 2237 -shower head at about 5.5 feet, my mid chest height. -water temp surges from normal to scalding every 10 seconds and pressure is very low. -No individual heat/cold control because the contractors set it for the season. However, they do not react fast and during the two weeks I was there, it was set to heat only when the weather was in the 70s. -Internet wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either. I’m going to try to stay off base for the remainder of this TDY"
"Let's be honest, this place is awful. The rooms are old and uncomfortable...even if there seemingly was an attempt to update the decor with new old stock from the 80s. It costs 50% more than much nicer properties off base. If you check in late, you have to hop between locations in a convoluted and time consuming process. There's just no reason to stay here unless you're forced to."
"Pretty nice room. Strong food smell in room and a personal water bottle in refrigerator. But....it met my needs and was clean. Staff were courteous, consistently and helpful."
