"Clean rooms, easy check in. Front staff was polite and accommodating. Rooms are a bit dated, but are huge and could easily accommodate four people. All rooms have an inaccessible patio, so behind the blinds are huge windows and glass doors to the parking lot. I did hate that the mini fridge was next to the beds rather than in the entryway just because it was so loud. Rooms do not include breakfast, there is a cafe/bar in the lobby that sells a small selection of goods. From what I overheard an individual packaged ice cream could range from $2 to $6. Would recommend just going to the original house of pancakes (OHOP not ihop) down the street for breakfast, join the online wait-list on weekends."

"First time in Dallas for business and stayed 7 days. The room was OK, smelled a little moist and the bathroom floors could be cleaner. The front desk team is very well versed in providing exceptional service. From moment we arrived we felt like we were in Claytons home and were appreciated and welcome. Thank you for the great service Clayton! They've been lucky to have you for 13 plus years! Location was great. Lobby and bar/restaurant was good, breakfast was good and there were a significant number of restaurants within 5 minutes and the mall was close as well."

"The hotel is getting a little run down. The room was clean enough but some little things didn’t work. We did report them to the staff so hopefully they will be fixed. Doesn’t look like public areas were cleaned daily. Staff was not very friendly or courteous. Some guests were smoking in stairwells."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Courtyard. Plenty of parking, very clean rooms with great housekeeping, phenomenal service from the front desk and general manager. Location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Didn’t utilize the restaurant or bar but seemed good. Recommend a stay here for sure."

"As a long term guest going through transition, I feel fortunate, secure and safe here. There are several managers, who have been here for 5 plus years, which says a lot. They have done a good job retaining/training employees and continue to make improvements in all areas. I want to give the new General Manager a special thank you for being on top of things. Communication and finding solutions are definitely his strong point. Kristine Gilbert"
