Shout out to Rachel for coordinating my insurance and getting back with me about payment. The front desk could be more friendly but hey they checked me in and made sure I got into my appointment at the end of the day that's all that matters for me! I just feel that there are people coming in for all different types of reasons so a friendly demeanor and patience could go a long way. I work the front desk so I know how it gets.
