"Don't waste you money! This place is old and the owners are obviously cheap. Before reading further please note that the staff were very friendly. This review is in spite of their best effort to make up for the property itself. 1. Booked the king suite with spa tub for a date night ($175). Room (420) is large but noisy from some equipment on the roof. Spa tub is barely a spa and more like a bubbler, room for 1 average adult not 2. This mostly didn't matter because we didn't have running water for about half our stay. 2. Furniture is old cheap and worn threadbare (seriously), bathroom seemed to have a recent update but couch, table, chairs, light fixtures and nightstands are 80s vintage. 3. Breakfast is a joke and is dirty. They were out of 2 of their 3 offered cereals. Tepid gross Coffee, bulk cold cut ham, warm soggy hash browns. Yuk and for what we paid was insulting. 4. Snack bar (because you may need prepackaged food instead of "hot breakfast" was a dollar tree selection of boring snacks. 5. They have spent money to update the entrance so that they can post pictures but the rooms and other facilities are old and worn out. Everything looked like it need a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. In all this is what I would expect from a budget hotel but not a mid tier brand. This had $49 special written all over but for 3x the price."
"This is strictly my experience... When I first arrived and noticed there was only enough towels for one person, I tried to use the phone to call the front desk. My phone didn't work so I had to use my cell phone. Not a big deal, but with the prompts just to reach front desk, very inconvenient. With the phone not working, I couldn't request turn down service (although it's done automatically every 3 days) and when my room was serviced, it was 5 in the evening and I wasn't dressed to receive the service, but needed it, so I was standing in my doorway while housekeeping was trying to clean what they could because me and my spouse were in bed. Also, something came up missing in my room while I wasn't in it. I gave the room a 2 because the bed was comfortable. The shower filled up as you were bathing, so my shower turned into a bath... This was not the best experience. I do thank the housekeeper who worked with me to clean my room as best she could while we were in the room. But all around, I wasn't completely satisfied. The location was great. Lots of restaurants and lounges"
"Currently staying here. It’s a HUGE Dallas Cowboys game day weekend! Prices were great! Hotel itself is not perfect..but not many are! Staff accommodated an after midnight check in, had minor issue with fridge in room. Night auditor gave me multiple options for solutions..which was nice..it made me feel like my input mattered. She was able to get us into another similar room on same floor, while being near sold out. Room was modern enough for the price set. Carpet showing done aging but also clean! The whole room was impressively clean and had what mattered most: Clean Bedding, Hot water with good shower pressure, clean toilet..and a great Channel line up on the TV! All staff I have encountered have been friendly and helpful. Thank you!"
"This was a very nice looking hotel that offers a hot breakfast in the mornings at no additional fee. Fridge and microwave in the room. Beds were kind of hard, but this seems to be very common across all hotel chains so I can't really complain here. They have elevators. The neighborhood looked to be upscale and nice. Did not worry about my car in the parking lot at all. There was nothing exceptional about our stay, but it met expectations. We tend to stay in hotels like this often so the quality was what we are used to."
"I never received a response to my email in regards to my stay at the Raddison from Oct 20-22, so I will just leave the email here, as a review. Hope this helps someone save their time, and money. Hello Max, I'm writing you in regards to our stay at Radisson. Our experience was subpar, and we were treated as though we were idiots for asking for the things that were to be included in the room. The day we arrived, we checked in, there were 4 of us in the room, and 2 towels to begin with. Some of us showered, and asked for more towels on the way out. The lady who checked us in, was extremely rude about the towels, asked us why we needed more, when I responded "bc they were used" she replied "So what are y"ou saying that they provided dirty towels? After more pointless banter, and getting the response of "I mean do you need them right now?! I was gunna have them waiting for you when you got back to just grab" when I asked for clarification on whether or not we were even going to receive the towels... I'm not used to being questioned and jumping firey hoops to simply receive the things that are to be inclusive with the experience I paid for. The microwave in the room didn't work. We had to come downstairs to the kitchen and ask the staff to heat our food, because the microwave lit up, but did not heat. As you can imagine, the staff were just as irritated with that as we were, and asked several times if we saw the microwave in our room, as if we WANTED to come all the way downstairs, to do something we could've done in the comfort of our room. I had a bowl of queso in that microwave for literally 15 mins, and it was still cold, and solidified. The A/C was stuck on one setting, could not be controlled by the thermostat as it says it can be, and had to be unplugged for it to turn off at all. Plus the remote to the TV, is only half functional, you cannot turn the volume down, or go to the previous channel due the these buttons not working. I feel that I need to be accommodated for my experience considering for cost for the room for the weekend was over $200. If you need video evidence, I do have that as well."
