"Great location. Safe to walk to nearby restaurants, which are plentiful. The staff here is amazing, especially Aurora. The rooms are a little dated, yet they are comfortable and clean. Bring a charger/brick because there are no USB connections in the room. Good Wi-Fi. Great water pressure in shower. Easy to maintain temperature in room. Small fridge in room is a nice plus."
"I was here before and LOVED..LOVED this hotel ..it felt like home. No better than home. When I was having remodelers remove the roof of our home I thought I know where ill go . I booked the room online and was impressed first 3 days. Day 4 took away all the good. In one fail swoop. I went down to add another day the night before the price of the room more than doubled but i paid it. Next morning im woke up at 530 by someone slamming the weights on the floor in the gym. Finally get back to sleep and Aurora at the front desk calls my room at 7 am and demanded i come down and bring my method of payment .I said i paid for the room last night checkout wasnt until 12 so we were paid till then anyway. Once we got up got dressed and went to the front She not only spoke about the night staff as if she was above them but also spoke in what i would call a demeaning mannor to my girl and I. I told her about being woke up by the weights being dropped on the floor so early .Most hospitality people would at the very least said im sorry for that ecspecially at more than double the price.She didnt say a word when i mentioned the price she again said nothing then told us we would have to allow the. To come inspect the room . In my opinion she was rude and disrespectful in her demeanor she spoke down to us as if we didnt belong there you can bet that due to her I wont be back.....Here's an update look at the attachment it says add a night for approx. $148.00 that is almost a hundred bucks less than what we were charged when we added a day to our stay and it advertises $ 169.00 as the rate not the $ 240.00 I was charged I was not given my Veterans discount , not to mention the deposit I was charged for my service dog which BTW is illegal according to the ADA I'll be contacting them or the civil rights division of the DOJ to file a complaint I'm packing up now and will be gone by 12 and asking for a full refund. Ya know I just don't like a prude and I certainly don't like a price Goucher and it clearly states a much lower price I don't know what her problem is but she clearly judged me incorrectly."
"Wonderful hotel! It’s in a nice area and in walking distance of good food. Lots of parking and nice amenities. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The day before this stay we were at another hotel where the staff was not very kind, so this was very refreshing. Both gentlemen working when we checked in and out were great. The room was HUGE and clean. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and would highly recommend it."
"Rude and unfriendly customer service from the onset. Told a foreign passport holder they needed a U.S. address to reserve a room. Refused to add the Hilton loyalty number to the reservation that my partner booked and did not address clarifying questions. No water in the room and front desk would not deliver waters to the room when we called. After retrieving the water ourselves we were unpleasantly surprised by the service charge being applied for waters. Why? Because we asked at checkout if our bill was squared away and were told yes, rather than having us pay for the actual price of the water the charge was applied. We’re not given a receipt. Not a typical Hilton experience at all."
"We had a wonderful and successful visit during our company event in Dallas! The rooms were clean, quiet, and well kept. The front desk staff was pleasant and professional especially during check-in as our entire group arrived together. Thank you for having our group as your guest!"
