"The two ladies Ashley and Candice did a very good job they were very nice. The only thing that I am not real pleased with and it is not the girl's fault it's the method in which cleaning authority has them dust. I have always dusted with a rag and furniture polish by spraying the Polish on the rag and then lightly dusting the furniture which controls the dust from flying. I do feel when you use the microfiber dusters the dust is just thrown around. But all in all other than that I was very pleased."

"I have been using The Cleaning Authority-Lexington for a few months now. My first clean was great (the cleaner was very personable and catered to my having cats). Subsequent cleaners were not up to the initial standard. HOWEVER, today I had Alexis and Nick. Nick was extremely personable, engaging, and observably went above and beyond to ensure my home exceeded my expectations (he even asked if there was anything else he could do). I was considering discontinuing services, but if The Cleaning Authority focuses on hiring personalities like Nick, I will continue my services.
