"I returned home after a surgery and rehab and was upset that the house looked like it hadn’t been cared for in some time …. It hadn’t after all. Asia and Cindy came over and did their usual excellent work adding sparkle back to the place. I’ve been using Two Maids for a few years now and they never disappoint."

"I had my first clean a few days ago and was not pleased at all. I called the office and expressed my concerns, which were several. They wanted to send the crew back the next day, but I specially asked for one of the crew not to return. This was agreed to and the manager said that she would also be here. The next day 2 of the same ladies showed up (one of which I specially said not to) and the manager did not. Understandably, the two were not pleased with having to come back, but they were not rude. I offered to show them the problem areas, but they said they had a list and would follow that. The main problems were floor washing (nothing was moved including the kitchen chairs and you could see where they washed and they didn't. The bathtub and shower walls were barely touched. They rewashed the floors and did move the chairs, but nothing else such as the cat bed, etc. They did clean the sink this time, but never entered the bathroom. The manager never followed up with me, but did send an email asking if I wanted to tip. Gee, I don't think so. I responded and said that I would not be using this service again and to close my file. There are plenty of other cleaners out there who care about what they do. I will say that one lady (who didn't come back) was very good and detailed and did a few extra things. But still, the price isn't worth it for a job half done."

"Cindy did a great job for cleaning our hardwood floor. After I told her that using regular mopping tool could not clean our hardwood floor well, she did the hardwood cleaning on hands and knees . After her cleaning, the floor is shining. In addition, she really enjoyed her cleaning work."

"Absolutely wonderful service!!!! Had Two Maids come in to do a deep clean on a house that hasn't had a lot of love in the past year. Now it looks fabulous! They did a terrific job! 3 ladies, Cindy, Freddie, and Tamila all showed up on time and ready to go! Every time I checked in they were down on their hands and knees cleaning base boards or scrubbing floors. They were not in a rush, they took their time and it showed! They also scrubbed the inside of the oven which I wasn't expecting but was certainly welcome! I'm now thinking of putting them on a regular rotation for cleaning."

"We are very pleased with the services provide by the cleaners sent from Two maids and a mop!! They do a very thorough job, ask questions and are always professional and kind. I do request they wear masks while in my home due to my personal situation, which they always do!! Everything is very clean, especially the bathrooms. And they don’t use harsh smelling cleaning agents, which is also important to me. Very happy with this company, the helpful staff & cleaners!! I recommend this company!!"
