"One of the worst experiences of customer care. Had them come out to clean furniture, Blinds, and duct work. When the service man was out to clean the duck work he broke a large mirror that is irreplaceable since they don’t make this style mirror anymore. They sent someone out to survey and discuss a possible solution. We discussed getting the mirror appraised to get payed for that and then getting the duct work service reimbursed. After coming to a verbal agreement they have backed out and are doing nothing to mend this situation fully. They are only paying for a partial fix for the mirror and not reimbursing us for the service. All they can say is sorry. Do not use if you have anything of value in your home. Cause they must not have business insurance for accidents that occur. They seem to be more worried about the couple hundred dollars than about a repeat customer that would spread the word about how well some of the services turned out Edit: Since making this review Jeff the general manager followed up and is making this situation correct. The services they performed are well done."

The carpet looks so much better than it did. The spots, caused by our dog who was ill, are gone. The carpet looks new thanks to COIT."
