"Unprofessional liars my wife scheduled a CT test, and they didn't have a tech. Also, they informed her that insurance needs authorization, which is a total lie. They are ridiculous twice they have lied to my wife. Do not put up with this group."

"Worst ultra sound ever. I have 3 children, so did several of these exams. Never, in my life, I've suffered so much from an ultra sound. And this one was a really basic one. Told the tech she was hurting me. She did not care. Asked her questions, she never answered. The bill. Over $4,000. I called to have an explanation. They reply: that is the price. For that!!!!! Will never go back there, and will never trust Memorial Hermann ever. Would rate them 0 star if possible. This is a shame that such a well known hospital treat patients like this."

"My husband had a bone scan on 11-10-23. We were told the results would go to his doctor within 48 hours. It is 11-15-23 and we still do not have the results. I have called several times and there has been no response. They can't even tell us if the report on the scan is complete. We went in with doctor's orders in hand, and still our doctor doesn't have the report. This is CANCER we are talking about, and seemingly, they don't care about making us wait for these results. I just made a phone call to the 5th different person there. None of them can find my husband's test or results. They can tell he checked in for his imaging, but nothing else. This is infuriating! I would not use them again. I'm beginning to think they lost the test. Update**** Day 7 and still no imaging report!!! They absolutely do NOT care about patients. We need that imaging to plan cancer treatments."

"They rob money from you. My wife had an imaging service, which is simple and clear. We provided insurance information at the appointment and we paid in full at the front desk, but later I received two different bills for four items, over $200!!! And they used doctors out of network. No one told us about it and no one reminded us there will be more charge later. They can determine the price before service w/ our insurance information but they never did the job. I also sent an email to them arguing for the bill, in high priority, but no one answered my email. They only care about charging you money. I will not use memorial Hermann any more."

"Now I’m not normally a negative reviewer but I have to warn y’all about all memorial imaging facilities. The only positive thing about this location is the staff here is friendly. If you decide to make an appointment here make sure you call at least a day before to make sure they can actually perform your procedure type here. I was scheduled here for an mri as one of the only 3 in Houston that will scan a spinal cord stimulator patient. I got there early the morning of as requested, because they schedule an extra hour for stim patients. I get halfway through my paperwork and a lady comes out to tell me they can’t scan because they don’t have the basic equipment here(a knee/wrist coil) which they should have because they do knee MRIs daily. I had to get mad and demand they call every other location and find one that will squeeze me in today. I have had their scheduling office schedule me in the wrong faculty twice before this in the last year."
