"My mother has impaired hearing and was there in person to request appointment, because she can communicate better with in person interaction. However, the front staff sent her away, refused to make appointment for her, and gave her a 1800 number to call instead. Of course she can’t call either, that’s why she went there in person to begin with. In addition, when I called the 1800 number for her, the automated system was extremely difficult and challenging to go through. This is definitely not an elderly friendly system!!"

"I brought my mother-in law for test, it took 25 min for 2 persons to enter her to system, they call 3 times to the doctor office to do it. Now 3 weeks later, nobody has access to her test, because they entered the wrong date of birth, the test is not in Quest system, not us or doctor office can get result. Completely waste of time and money, Visited them twice to get result, they refuse to help or fix the issue, offered us to go back to thedoctor and to pay for another test. This Lab is inside the hospital, i payed $5 each time for parking plus. Looks like nobody cares about all reviews too. What a shame to Memorial Herman"

"Unable to give 0 stars...The nurse there was unprofessional and had poor hygiene. Specially now with Covid 19 exchange gloves is essential. Now, we in the medical field should know that fresh pair of gloves when puncturing patient's skin is essential to avoid cross contamination and the introduction of infection, and not to use the same glove you are using to touch surfaces diferent from the skin of the patient. So, In all aspects the location fail miserably, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone due the lack of good technique and hygene."
