"Technicians were especially rude to non-english speakers in the waiting room, being noticeably rude to spanish patients struggling to work the kiosk. The technicians were uneducated in the test types and insurance coverage. I made an appointment today, had my insurance and lab order and the technician told me I would owe $164. I left and went to the Quest Diagnostics at 7777 Southwest Freeway 2 hours later and got my labs done free of charge with my insurance. Either the technicians at 8200 Wednesbury Lane are uneducated in insurance coverage or the knowingly over charge."

"I rarely review bad anywhere but the staff here is extremely rude. She had an attitude and yelled at me and an old Asian lady before me for asking her to repeat the instruction again. Never come back!"

"It shows in the Google map it's open until 12:00PM, in the door it shows Saturday 8:00-2:00pm. Despite a guy was inside and the light being on, I knocked on the door 5 times from 11:45 to 11:55. When he realized I am leaving he appeared and close the lights and off the TV. I only need to pick up a labeled sample container for my daughter's lab exam. Maybe I was taking his 2 minutes.
