"I love coming here although some rooms need to be updated its still nice , and i love the lady in the morning Moana , she is so sweet and understanding if you dont have enough they will give you sometime to get the money before thwy make you check out. Lovely staff 10/10"

"Our company put us up here for a couple of nights as they are pet friendly. Room 148 has cockroaches. Saw them all on the floor from walking in all the way to the bathroom. Located on service road of I-35 E, easy to get to. Housekeeping ladies were nice. If I were paying for my own room, it would be a hard pass for me, but since it was just a night or two, we stayed. We let staff know of the problem. Walmart was down the road. There are plenty of locations to go for a bite to eat. We took precautions to make sure we stayed bug free on our way out. Checked in 11/12/23, checked out 11/14/23. Update: 11/15/2023. I did see the response from the hotel. It's the same generic response that all of the complaints about the bugs have. Just do something about them. They are not just a few. They aren't scared. They have been there awhile. No dead ones. All of them alive. That speaks volumes."

"The Lady at the front desk is always nice and understanding. I pay on the app and go to the lobby for a key reset and never have any problems. Room service is always provided and they're nice ladies as well. It's always quiet and peaceful. And my room is clean with no bugs. It's a comfortable stay."
