Reviews
"I was extremely satisfied with my blood draw I had at Quest Diagnostic on 1960 the lab tech was very patient and gentle when she draw my blood."
"The tech who took my blood obviously did not know what she was doing or didn't care to do it correctly. My arm had a nickel size lump and a half dollar size bruise. Not very happy!"
"Amazed how fast they were. Walk-in on a Saturday, recommend getting there 5 mins before open. In at 8 and out at 8:08 for bloodwork."
"If I could rate this 0 I would the customer service was terrible my appointment time was skipped because the girl didn't know how to spell my name or pronounce my name . I get a text message to come back in at 1136 and she still skips me and lies about calling me in. She then rolls her eyes and yells at me in the lobby. She wouldn't give me her name . Shenika and Louis were great and professional. This other girl that likes to hide in the corner knowing she's wrong it needs to not work there anymore and maybe not in healthcare at all."
"Very unprofessional manager( supervisor) I Went there to verify if they had received the lab orders from my PCP, he came to the front window, said he would go to the back to check, never came back and I asked staff members a couple of time to verify with him and said he was still checking, and kept apologizing. Next thing I know 45 minutes had already past by until I decided to leave! Had me waiting and made me waste time for nothing! It shouldn’t take that long for somebody to verify if a fax is already in, especially if it has been faxed a week prior! My suggestion always get the paper orders directly from the Dr, it’ll save you a lot of trouble!!"
