"The check in process was easy using the kiosk and I was called for my draw at my scheduled appointment time. My patient care tech/ phlebotomist, RJ was awesome! RJ was professional, pleasant, courteous and a skilled marksman lol. I barely felt the needle, had the vials filled, and was bandaged. I verified my info and I was walking out in less than 10 min of being called back! I would definitely visit this location again."

"There's no way to speak to a human in the office everything is through an automated phone service which sucks because I had a simple question that needed to be answered and I had to drive to the office just for a simple yes or no. Having the Option to speak to a live person would have much easier and wouldn't have waste my time or gas."
