"I would not recommend this location, there needs to be better communication with the patient and also the way information is relayed to the patient. He had a study done and was charged self pay even though he had insurance, he was told that it looked like it probably wasn’t covered and that was that. I spoke to my insurance and apparently it was covered (a copay was due of course, which is fine), and so now to get a reimbursement is going to be a process. The self pay rate was more than what the co pay would’ve been. I wish they would have done their job and checked with my insurance so that a month later I wouldn’t have to be dealing with getting my money back. This review is mainly for the staff taking care of confirming insurance information, I cannot speak for the staff who performed the study on my husband."

"Best place ever!!!! I had an appointment to get a CT scan done today. I was a little nervous and tiered but Once my name was called, I was treated by a beautiful man with an amazing smile named Alfred. Let me just tell you, this man made my appointment a million times better. We definitely need more people like Alfred. He had such an amazing spirit and personality. Thank you Alfred for making this appointment full of laughter. I also want to thank Miguel for taking care of me as well. I am sorry I wasn’t able to respond to your question about which dog will suit your needs as a low maintenance dog. An American bulldog would be a good fit, you can also look into a Staffordshire Bull Terrier or an American bully they are sweet and well behaved dogs if trained well. I just want to thank you guys for everything. Definitely recommend this place!"

"Bianca assisted my check in at the window. She hollered over the receptionist on the phone with an insurance company to ask me my name. She could not hear so I pointed to open the other check in window so she could hear me. She rudely asked for my insurance card and DL. Then handed me paperwork to fill out. I understand bad days, but when are dealing with the public you smile and be polite! Alfred was my CT person and was WONDERFUL! He greeted me with a smile and was friendly. He made sure I knew what was there for and made sure I was comfortable!"

"The employees who have helped me have been so nice! Especially Phillip. I am VERY claustrophobic and had to have a MRI. He was so understanding. Helped me get through the process. Highly recommend this place. The entire process has been great for me. Also thanks to the girls that got my insurance approved in a timely manner and scheduled to the front desk. Thanks guys!♥️"

"Front desk ladies were polite and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait long to be seen - which was especially nice because I had to have a full bladder! The ultrasound tech was friendly, but professional. She and the student seemed very capable. I felt good about how today's appointment went."
