"I cannot say enough amazing things about this urgent care. From the front desk staff, to the medical assistant, to the physicians, they all work with care and compassion. I was seen quickly, my x-rays were done in a timely manner, and the doctor was back to me almost immediately. At a typical urgent care, this process would’ve taken 2 to 3 hours. However With Dr. Reddy and his team it took less than 45 minutes. Before even coming back into the room, Dr. Reddy had already started contacting hand surgeons Attempting to get me a timely appointment due to my displaced fracture in my hand. Because of his diligence this past Tuesday when I saw him, I was able to get seen by a hand surgeon the following morning, which was a Wednesday and I was able to get in for surgery to have my hand fixed on Friday morning. This hasn’t been the first time that Dr. Reddy has taken care of myself and/or my children and I can truly say that he is one of the best physicians that we have ever seen. I can’t think this team enough for everything they do."

"At this Doctors Urgent Care location today, the entire staff that I interacted with was very friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and unhurried, which is more than I can say for many doctors' offices. When I called on the way there to say I might be a few minutes late for my online-scheduled appointment, Deanna, who answered the phone, was so kind. She told me not to worry, just to get there safely. That removed any stress I might've been feeling about being tested for Covid today. I had completed all the paperwork when I made my appointment online, so I didn’t have any forms to work through in the office. My wait time was very short. Ashton was great, too. In the exam room, I felt that he was actually listening to my answers to his questions, which, again, is not always the case in some doctors' offices. Finally, I was glad that Dr. Jose was on duty today. I first saw him a year or so ago; both times, he's been extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and informative. I feel that he also really listens, and, each time, I've left the office confident in his evaluation, diagnosis, advice, and recommended treatment. In addition, after I got home, I remembered a couple of questions I had forgotten to ask. I called twice to ask those questions, and again Ashton and Deanna were each very friendly, patient, and helpful — and they were able to find out the answers to my questions within just a minute or so! Once again, I’m glad I chose this Doctors Urgent Care location. When my friends or family members ask, this office will continue to be my recommendation!"

"The appearance of this urgent care facility is highly sanitary.The employees at this facility excel at effective communication and treating patients with courtesy. The waiting time to be examined was incredibly brief. The treatment they administered was satisfactory, characterized by subtle, objective, and relaxed approach. I was diagnosed with a cold and sinus infection and received a couple of prescribed medications along with supplementary documents."

"i went there 2 days ago for severe hip pain. at check-in the ladies were very nice and efficient. didn't have to wait very long to go back and be seen. the nurses and doctors were more than helpful knowing exactly what i needed. called me in a prescription and in just 2 days i feel so much better. even called and scheduled me a consultation with a specialist for a follow up appointment. i highly recommend them and will go there again if i need to."
