"Yes the structure is older, yes past issues pertaining to the hospital HCA took over still cast shadows on the present but we have been very impressed! In past 3 weeks been through ER, CCU and second floor care. The quality of that care and the quality of the professionals and staff has exceeded expectations!"

"Look, this place is not the best. Maybe if you’re going for orthopedic reasons, it’ll be worth it, but my friend went through the emergency room to this hospital’s inpatient care. These doctors have failed them at every single turn. We are medical students and can read these tests ourselves. How can your cardiologist look at my friend’s extremely concerning EKG (which showed signs of paroxymal vfib and t wave abnormality, which means a possible lateral ISCHEMIA) and tell them they’re fine. Your doctors wanted to discharge my friend with nothing despite constant chest and stomach pain, a history of severe cardiac issues AND gastroparesis causing severe GI issues. Your hospital is a joke and you could have killed my friend. I would give less than one star if I could, genuinely."

"My wife broke her leg and hip and was transported to this HCA hospital in Conroe. What a blessing it turned out to be! The surgeon and his team were very practiced and incredibly well organized. The nursing was efficient, patient, and caring. Her physical/occupational therapy teams were a real eye opener when teaching my wife how to live with the broken bones and how to recuperate from the injuries. The entire experience was one of quality, attentive, and caring people from the surgeons, doctors l, nurses, techs, and even the custodians!"

"I am a patient here as of now. Several things wrong. Told the nurses from the start that I am a hard stick and needed the ultrasound machine. Didn't listen and several pokes later they got one. But to only blow about a hour later. Finally got to a room and noticed that the board is not updated. I like my board undated constantly so I would know my medication times. My room is right in front on a nurses station. They are loud and having conversations I wish not to be a part of. When I push the call button they come in and turn it off and ask what I need. I tell them my nurse they in turn says ok I will tell her. One thing I do realize that there time is completely different. Will be there in 5 minutes. Really means 30 min. Will be there in 10 min. Really means one hour. Will be there in a hour. Really means Whenever I get to you. Have to constantly have to wait a long period of time get pain medication. Been waiting on 1 and half hour now. Will skip the charge nurse and go straight to the head huncho whoever that is. Room 266 whoever you are come see me please."

"I was transported from Exceptional in Livingston on 12/19 to conroe for appendices. On arrival the ER was extremely busy for a Tuesday. The staff was great! Threw all the chaos they remained calm and had a smile on their face. After getting assigned a room and getting settled in I met my nurses. The charge nurse was very sweet and you could tell she had a rough day, but she still did her job with a smile and with care. My Dr was amazing and I had surgery the next morning. To my Dr, Dr Denby sorry if mis spelled thank you so much for keeping my husband informed and a great experience with having a great surgeon and for caring so much. All the nurses who cared for me you are amazing and I appreciate you, keep up the great work. Highly recommend this hospital 5 stars for sure. Have a very merry Christmas and God Bless."
