"Been going here for couple of years now usually the owner is there, very nice guy always says hi and asks how things are but couple of days ago when I went he wasn’t there and the old lady was sitting on the couch playing on her phone, took her sweet time to get behind the counter and ask what I want, than when I told her what I want she yelled at me what? Not nice at all usually when the owner is there she tries to be nice but the other day not sure what had happened she wasn’t nice at all, even though I get the same thing all the time when I go there she can’t seem to know or remember what I want and I have to explain it to her all the time. Other than that I’m ok with the place and the owner just didn’t like my last experience there with the old lady not the way you treat your customers whom have been buying from you for years."

"They're polite, but incredibly overpriced. I've been going here as a last resort for American Spirit pouch tobacco for years, and every time, no matter what flavor I get, it's stale and crumbs. I posted a photo showing it, I've never gotten pouches this bad or in this shape anywhere else. They charged me $20 for this pouch, where anywhere else I find it, it's about $13-14, and not completely stale and all crumbs."
