"Was able to get in when most accommodations around DFW were full. I found the service friendly. Rooms were ok for a super8, slight smell of smoke - the night clerk offered to move me but I didn’t need it. Bath towels were missing but was promptly given some from the front desk. Breakfast is the most basic. Overall good experience."

"It's decent. Rooms are huge, beds 5 out of 10 comfort rating. Clean rooms, nice 45" TV, quite in hotel but outside alot of traffic. Restaurants and a gas staion within a block."

"The front desk guy was nice. Also very helpful, he even let us check in an hour early! I will say there isn't an elevator that currently works. The room was clean and the stairs were a great workout!"

"Good afternoon, I am a guest staying here for the last three days and it has been the worst experience. The woman who works the mornings, and takes payments for lack of a better word is the most RUDE person I have ever encountered in the hospitality business. How she has managed to be a customer service worker is astonishing. She does not talk to customers respectful at all, makes up random “policies” that the manager didn’t seem to know about. When I arrived I used a card under my co- roommates name with my ID, the manager himself checked us in no problems no issues. The second night I needed to extend paying for until 4pm, under false impressions the Wyndham phone line told us this was fine. Upon telling this lady, she began to immediately get rude and tell us how they cannot help us out at all. Knowing we are miles and miles from home, knowing the gas station held out money on our account and would release it at 4. I had to bother every person in my family to send us the money to check us in for another night. Now it is our third night here and because we were trying to pay with no shoes on they told us to just go ahead and leave. I will be posting this on every social media platform and every single news station I can. The most ridiculous hotel I have ever stayed in. We never once got our dirty towels taken, or given new ones, the bathroom door handle is broken on the inside and I was stuck inside of it for 30 minutes because we couldn’t get it open. When reporting this the manager said “okay and?” And no I wasn’t checked in under this Google name."
