"The outside appearance was a little iffy. However, the room details were pretty cool. The jacuzzi tub wS marlble and big enough you could almost swim. The kings room was alright. They have a canopy bed with marble headboard and marble pillars around the bed as well a a step. Mirror walls and one on the ceiling, which was weird, reminded me of the fair funny house mirrors! So the downside of this visit was roach in the bathroom , with no light bulb in the bathroom and no coffee pot or coffee in the room. Breakfast consisted of waffles , trix cereal, and frosted flakes. Sunny D juice, milk, and coffee. You could make toast, and the butter was served in the original container ,"imperial" tub. When I asked the person at the front desk for some coffee packets and a pot to take back to the room, I was told we couldn't eat in our room. I am honestly not sure he even understood what I was saying."
"Roaches couldn't open door without help from the front desk, hurt shoulder pushing the door open,blood stains on mattress disgusting"
"The place is very clean and nice. It is cheap and its friendly staff hosted me on July 11, 2023 for two days and everything was very pleasant. They spent cleaning the room and the cleaning lady was very friendly. I recommend this place 100% . 08/12/2023 Second time that we stayed in this place and very badly we paid 110 dollars for a room with two beds and the beds were infested with bedbugs. We left and handed over the card and they did not return any money. Very poor quality of accommodation...we had to drive home for 5 hours. Poor hotel quality."
"Don't stay here! They changed the name to Economy Inn and Suites! They are infested with bed bugs and roaches. AND....THEY WILL DEFINITELY TRY TO NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND Also...they deserve 0 stars!"
"Cancellation policy is inconvenient and they will say anything to keep your money. We have something pop up and needed to leave town, gave them a notice a day before check in and it didn’t matter. Room smelt awful, had crayon markings, both sheets were stained and the door was fallout apart. Take your money elsewhere."
