"I booked an online appointment for 2:15 then waited in line for 20 minutes then get told they don’t have any lots to do the testing. Why even have availability to book an appointment. I see why this place is a 2*. I will never in my life visit a Walgreens period."

"My recent experience at Walgreens left much to be desired, primarily due to an unpleasant encounter with an employee and an inefficient drive-through system. Despite having two drive-through lanes open, the store could only service one vehicle at a time, resulting in unnecessary delays. The employee managing the drive-through exhibited a lack of friendliness and customer service, which was disappointing. A positive interaction can greatly contribute to a customer's overall experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. The operational inefficiency of having two open lanes but only servicing one at a time added to the frustration. The purpose of multiple lanes is to expedite service, but in this instance, it seemed counterproductive. I hope Walgreens takes steps to improve the efficiency of their drive-through system and ensures that their employees prioritize providing a pleasant and courteous experience for customers. It's crucial for businesses to address such issues promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of their clientele."

"After seeing other reviews I’m a little relieved that our experience was not an isolated incident. That being said, this is the absolute worst Walgreens and experience I had in my entire visit to Denton. Horrible customer interaction! You have have staff walking around like they’d rather not be there, don’t you dare ask them a question cause all you’re going to get is an eye roll and then they’ll walk away like they didn’t hear you. And then you have the lovely experience of your cashier standing with their back facing you the entire time. Who even works like that? Honestly I’m surprised that the employees themselves aren’t embarrassed to behave this way. Would never go back if I’m back in Denton and I don’t encourage others to shop here either. Really sad considering how friendly other establishments are."

"Customer service is non existent unfortunately. I called and received 5 different answers so I showed up only for the woman at the window to treat me like absolute trash. Blamed me and my doctors office. They put my prescription in twice and blamed me again. Never apologized once for the horrible service just passed the blame back. I refuse to go through the drive through because she’s always like that. The ladies at the front desk though were angels. But unfortunately had to wait in a very long line to get my medication. It also took over a month to get my meds. So though they were nice, my overall experience was far from it."

"Worst place to pick up prescriptions!! I went FOUR days without my medication because they kept telling me “your prescription has been canceled by your doctor” when in reality all I needed was my insurance card and they failed to tell me that every time I came. Every person that assisted me was insanely rude and when I finally decided to physically walk in today, they took 30 minutes to bottle up my prescription and then continued to say “I cussed” at one of the employees when asking for their name. Not once did I cuss or raise my voice at them. I tried to explain to them what was going on, but every time they would either interrupt me or basically dismiss/ignore me. I should not have had to go through all that trouble just to pick up my prescription. Definitely changing locations. The pharmacist, Katy, and the employee, Josslyn, were the ones being so very rude and not taking a second to listen to what I had to say."
