"Service is fine, but be warned that if you schedule online for anything but basic service it will not happen. I planned ahead of time to get some other things done while my truck was there. I indicated this on the online scheduling. The day of my service I get a call saying that I must call to schedule another appointment for other things. Overall it was very inconvenient."

"Had an appointment today at 9:45am arrived early no one was at the counter so a gentleman asked what he could do for me then another voice yells out what's your name so game him my name he throws the paperwork on the counter and saids filled this out so I did the he said very rude like sign this one in all three spots then another paper he wanted me to sign saying I was responsible for the rental I said no Geico was and I was not going to sign that he wodded up the paper and threw it into the trash and said let's go and look at your car so we walked out and I started to show him where the damage was he replied this was previous damage and I replied no she told the police and her insurance that she had done the damage along with people who saw the the person doing the damage to my car the guy was very rude so I said that I would take my business somewhere else and that I would be reporting this he said that he doesn't care what I do. This is the worst place to take your car this shows me that if they don't care about you to be friendly then it shows how they would treat your vehicle. Would not recommend this place at all.. especially from a someone who should have just taken the information and let the insurance company handle the claim NOT to insults me and my knowledge on how this works."
