"I was here this morning at approx 3am and I have to say, the fact that I was immediately asked to remove my mask was extremely concerning and disheartening. Understand the location of this shop is not in the most safe spot but neither are 90%of others and I’ve never been asked or told to remove my mask. The workers and owners here also seem genuinely unhappy to be there and to have customers. Maybe do a little better ? I won’t know because I will not come here again"

"Now I don't if these people who run the store or who they may have been robbed by or don't care for the transgender community. But my rating of this store is very poor due to customer service. As I was about to purchase my selection. There was a black female behind me In line. I'm not racist by far. I go thru the same persecution if not more But this woman was picked from directly behind me and asked if she was ready to buy her selection before I! Either the person's working the store doesn't like anyone from the black community in their store and wants them out. Or doesn't like transgender individuals in their store.. Ive never felt more disrespected from anyone til that day."

"I would 100% recommend going here for any of your related needs. the person who helped me was super knowledgeable and their customer service was impeccable!! on my visit, I was going to purchase something for a friend & I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. despite my own personal confusion, the person behind the counter knew *exactly* what I was talking about about which totally blew my mind! the whole purchase took about 10 minutes start to finish. literally amazing customer service!! can't recommend this place enough. the employees weren't breathing down my neck, they let me browse but were right there to help once I was ready!!"

"I had two separate visits and two different experiences. They have a good selection, for sure; and the prices are competitive enough. 1st Visit: Nice lady, very helpful and friendly. 5 stars 2nd Visit: A male individual was working there. He was not so friendly. He made me feel like I had to hurry out and be on my way. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store. It would have been 5 stars had it not felt like I was being shoved out the door for closing time (it's open 24 hrs). I will visit again, nonetheless. P.S. "This place has a great selection and normally the staff is very helpful but today November 8 a Wednesday @ 7:30pm my sister and I came in to purchase a number of things and the short VERY VERY RUDE Indian woman on shift made to our trip here tonight no doubt the WORST experience ever. She was not only rude, she repeatedly demanded both of us to grab merchandise from her instead of simply taking it to the register, she immediately profiled us upon entry and kept constantly invading my personal space, and eyeballing us. On top of it all, when I made a simple suggestion to the woman working the register, about finding someone to work the store that is more customer friendly and has a better attitude. She then followed myself and my sister outside and through the dang parking lot as to "regulate" us or as if we had stolen or done something frowned upon. Due to this experience I HIGHLY doubt I will suggest nor visit this place again."
