"This place was great to visit, i use to buy my disposables here and have military discounts which I really enjoyed. However I bought a vape that I could refill, but the problem was the vape they sold me had no pods at their store. Mind you I understand when supplies run out, but they intentionally sell the vape knowing they dont sell the pods. I went to either get money back they refused, also I tried to at least get a discount on a disposable to feel like I wasnt ripped off. The lady who worked I told her I guess I lost money on this and snarkly she remarked like she really didnt care "I Guess So". This place might be good for disposables but they truly rip people off. There is a million vape shops in this town. Most of the workers are usually 20 somethings that dont really care about your service and found them quite rude. I guess its the bottom line and their products for actual vapes are cheap and over priced you are probably better off finding another place for good quality products that actually carrying the accessories for the product you actually bought like coils, pods etc. If you want a good place to shop try 24 hr smoke shop they have a better selection Ive found."

"Experience 5 star service for a time as soon as I had one bad product after spending thousands at their store. I was offered an exchange when I got. The exchange founded was not up to the quality expected of the product. Chuck the exchange right back and was refused to refund even though the product did not nearly meet specifications. I will take my vape business elsewhere. Because the first time I had a problem with these people. I was shown the door. They actually still have my product. I left it at the location because it was not even worth me carrying home and having to bring back. The only resolution I received was. It's policy that we can't return.
