The pen does not charge it stays on the red for hours. I went twice to get an exchange but they say do not offer refunds. I dont want a refund i want a vape pen that works and charges. That being said from a Vet to another DO NOT COME AND SPEND YOUR HARD MONEY ON THIS STORE!!!. There are other smoke shops in the area that WILL exchange a defective product. I will make sure this store loses its 5 star rating because it does not deserve one."
