"It’s required I leave 1 star. This was the worst experience in a phone store that I have ever had in my life. I called this store earlier and asked what I could buy my phones for, and was told a very reasonable price. I went to the store and tried to make the sale and was told that he was out for a short break he would back IN 5 MINUTES, not a big deal. I waited for almost 45 minutes for him to return to take other people and wait on them that arrived after he came back in, twice all the while bouncing back and fourth with me about my phones. Pros: ……… Cons: Lack of respect toward there customer."

"The guy was on a call the whole time which was fine but I felt like I could do much to barging for the massive scratch that I had on my phone after pickup. The dude charged me for the wrong size screen protector. Like dude if you don't got the right screen protector for a Samsung 13A then just don't worry about it. I just think getting a discount for the damage on my phone would've been nice. I feel like someone could sue over something like that. I'd suggest going somewhere else."
