"Our boss, Rachel R. Wilson, recently had an iPhone battery repair. Never used Geek Squad service before and she had an amazing experience and highly recommends them to anyone who needs to have a device serviced. They were knowledgably, professional, timely and had her out within an hour for a batter repair. Best part is, they are Apple Certified. The local tech shop was going to make her pay for the screen if they broke it. Geek Squad and Apple assured President Wilson that would not happen. Meaning, if they broke it, they fixed it for free. They gained a loyal customer and everyone at Anointed Works (AW) is very pleased with the quality care they gave to our leader."

"Where to begin? My system went down now nearing three weeks ago. I have spoken with GS for litterally hours. I have turned my computer over to them. I had an in-home visit. I went to the local Best Buy and was told that Agent _____ would call me, which has not happend. All-n-all I must conclude one of two possible causes for GS not restoring my system: Either they lack the knowledge and skills required or they don't care if they solve a customer's problem. "??? Not sure this is a rating.... but beware! Got an email invoice for renewing my geek squad for $399.99 that I haven't had for probably 8-10 years. Knew there was no way they still had an active credit card. Called number on this very real appearing invoice and they were very rude. Told me I called them...ended up hanging up and giving no information. I guess I shouldn't rate Best Buy Geek Squad at all since I really believe it was a scam. Just want people to be aware."

"Book in appointment with them 2 weeks ago, inside Best Buy. Everything was explained, they said they now fix/replaced screens for Samsung S21 Ultra now. Open their catalog book and show the price. Now 2 weeks later, the evening before the scheduled appointment. One of them called and left a VM saying they don't service that phone & they don't have that part. I called B.S. on that. What happened is someone drop the ball and did not order that new phone screen and or procrastinated. Very disappointed. I went to Lexington Phone Repair off Waller Ave. He ordered the new screen overnight, and he fixed and replaced screen in 30 minutes and 30-40$ less than Geek Squad!!! I remember Geek Squad said it would take up to 2 hours! Ridiculous, stay away from these slackers, procrastinators."
