"On Saturday, your pro Shawn Smith did a minor repair on shower faucet. On kitchen faucet he advised me it would better to replace faucet rather than replace leaking O-rings . Very knowledgeable and courteous. Did a great job and would use him again."

"On Tuesday 13, 2024. I contacted Mr Rooter and was promptly scheduled an appointment for the today, Wednesday 14. I was told there as a 89.00 travel fee, and that would be waved if additional paid services were provided. On Wednesday, I received a call letting me know the service person was on their way and an estimate time of arrival. They arrived on time and we discussed the plumbing situation. This is where I ran into a problem. The service provider told me that a diagnostic fee of 179.00 + 3% CC was required. I was never informed that close to 185.00 was necessary to inspect my plumbing concern. Never once, in the two phone discussions did it come up. 89.00, was the only charge and that would be waived if I had services provided. I am fine with a minimum fee charge, and as fine with the 89.00. But I refused the non disclosed diagnostic fee and promptly paid the 89.00 and closed out the service. The service technician was fine, he was doing his job and communicated his company’s policies. My issue is the policy wasn’t communicated and therefore, 2 stars and I will scratch Me. Rooter off my provider list. One star for prompt communication, one for the tech doing his job and the three remaining potential stars are left blank."

"I was able to have same day service! Cody and Trevor were super. They checked out my plumbing problem and took care of everything. I was kept posted on their arrival time. I will use Mr. Rooter again in the future!"

"The service was excellent however, the price seemed very high for the work I had done. I only needed my water heater disconnected, moved out of the way so I could new flooring down, then re-connected. For this service only, it cost me $1,000+. I was unfortunately in a situation where I didn’t have time to shop around, so I had no choice but to pay. Had I been in a different situation, I would have definitely explored other providers for a price check. So, the reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of this. I am not sure if there is a flat rate for this or commission based but I would encourage Mr. Rooter taking a second look at the prices in which you are charging customers. Maybe my technician knew I had no choice, so I got somewhat price gauged. I don’t know, but it just seemed very excessive for the scope of work. Aside from this- Mr. Rooter company was very professional, great to work with and excellent service."
