"Worst place I have ever stayed, I literally had roaches crawling on me while I was trying to sleep! None of the workers even cared that there were roaches everywhere on the wall, the carpet, the bathroom and on the beds. I had dirty sheets and towels. Just nasty I do not recommend anyone saying at this place, on top of the dirtiness there were people walking up and down the street all day and night."

"There were three separate stains on the comforter blankets (blood or markers not sure which) but when we brought it up to the front desk they are now charging us for both comforts. Front desk lady was not helpful but actually was kind of rude to me and my husband. When we tried to get ask for a manager (after she supposedly just talked to him) we were told we couldn’t until the morning. I wouldn’t recommend this place what so ever. Not to mention the hot tube smelt so bad of chlorine when the jets were on."

"Booking is no cancellation no refund, which isn't a problem as long as all your ducks are in a row. Bedding and towels were full of stains. Dirt spots in the shower and when I brought these things to the manager, he acted without care. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am my husband was late to work it wasn't ready til 6:30. If I could have gotten my money back we would have left the night we checked in. Toilet stopped flush out of no where. Called to report it, I was informed mantience would be in at 10 am and there was a restroom available in the lobby."

"Don’t ever write reviews, but felt like I had to with this place. The toilet in the room did not work upon first use. I informed the front desk associate, and they showed no interest at all in helping."

"11/10-11/12/23 DO NOT STAY HERE!!! WORST COMFORT INN WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!! A/C went out Saturday at 1am told front desk on our way out and he said he would fix it. Also informed him elevator would not work (we were on the 3rd floor). We came in at Midnight a/c wouldn't work, elevator didn't work, and our towels were not replaced. Leaving Sunday morning use stairs reach 1st floor and couldn't get out the door had to call front desk and inform him we were stuck in the stairway hallway 1st floor. He came and let us out. Bed was hard could feel springs with a every moment and pillows sucked. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and potatoes were not fried but looked boiled."
