"The numbers may shock you when it comes to having repairs/replacements made but Fast Flow was the best value by far and their professionalism and friendliness is the icing on the cake. I had my water tank cleaned by them and eventually came to the conclusion that I needed a replacement and decided to go with a tankless water heater. They were informative without being complicated and made the whole process really simple/easy for me. Another thing that really stood out to me was how clean they left our house. "Had a water line bust under our house in a very small crawl space. They had someone out there the same day about a hour and a half later. He couldn’t fit but sat in his van in front of our house for about an hour trying to get ahold of someone that would. He didn’t leave until he told me that the other guy would be there the next day on Sunday about noon to take a look. Nate was the first guy that couldn’t fit. On Sunday Zack showed up right at noon and could fit. He found the leak and got it repaired quickly. Water was restored in our home in less than 24 hours. Not only did Zack come out on his day off to do so he said if anything goes wrong he would make sure he was right back out. They treated us very well and did a great job.
