"They came out to repair a leak in my tub which they got fixed. But when they put the cartridge in they reversed the settings now the hot comes out on the cold side and the cold comes out on the hot side. It wasn't like that before they replaced the cartridge. I called them to report the problem and they said they would come back out on Wednesday between 12-2. Well 2:30 came and I called them to learn that they contact my home warranty people with lied saying the problem existed before they came to my home. Avery the plumber refuses to come back to my home to fix his screw up. I will never ever use the service again. I will be contacting my lawyer! Janky Plumbers should be their new name!"
