"Recently, I was scheduled for a follow up ultrasound mammogram after surgery last year. I wasn’t feeling well (sinusitis) but made myself go to the appointment, nonetheless. The young woman checking me in prior to going back for the test stated my Medicare Advantage card had expired. I told her it was the same as last year. She didn’t offer to check online or offer any assistance, telling me I had to call “the number on the back” and handed back my card. “If I send you back you’ll have to be a self pay”. When I asked how much, she dismissively stated I needed to get my card. Apparently, she could intuit my ability to pay cash in some unknown way. At my age and current health status, I don’t care to try again."

"Solis is where you want to go for a mammogram! I scheduled an appointment on line. The staff is friendly... Raquel checked me in and is awesome! My wait time to check in was less than 3 minutes. After check in and changing, I had my mammogram. The technician was nice and explained everything fully. She was also quite gentle. My appointment was at 7:45 (I was there a few minutes early), and was back in my vehicle at 8:07. Would absolutely recommend and return!"

"I LOVE coming to Solis for my annual exam. The staff is so friendly and they make you feel like you are going to your friend’s house. My exam was at 8a.m. and i was out of the office by 8:14.m. The receptionist Racquel did a great job checking me in. The technologist Amanda S. made me feel so comfortable when she did my exam. I truly look forward to seeing them each year. Thanks to the staff for being EXEMPLARY!!!"
